JZK Series Two-stage Vacuum Extruder Features: It is suitable for shaping by extrusion with half-hard and high-pressure from coal gangue, shale, fly ash and other low plastic index material, specially to fit to one-time shaping for making hollow bricks. It can increase the quantities of production if making bricks from clay. The shaft of mixer is protecting structure .The claws fix on the hoop rapped shaft. It is no necessary to drill holes on the shaft and no trouble to break shaft. The screw shaft is automatic to regulate its center to avoid the head to move. It is first creation in China. The clay jar is not form metal material and can be used more than one year. The tie in made of special material and can be used more than one year. Hard-soft teeth gear is lubricated by pump, with high transfer power low noise and running smoothly. The piston clutch supplies automatically, so it is no necessary to prepare and easy to control automatically. The structure is welded by iron plate. The parts are hard and look well. Low round speed avoids the clay too hot.
