Application:

It is an ideal laser for laser cutting of steel plates with the thickness below 6 millimeters and welding with the thickness below 4 millimeters as well as larger area fast laser heat treatment, cladding and metallizing with large depth of mechanical components.

The primary processing is laser heat treatment on engine cylinder of automobile and other internal-combustion engine, which is regarded as national important high and new technology in the application of automobile engine manufacturing and repairing. It is suitable for laser surface hardening of engine cylinder by high energy laser beam. So that it can increase surface hardness, abrasion-resistant and corrode-resistant many times and increase engine cylinder lifetime notably. After heat treatment, cylinder surface hardness increases from HRC22 to more than HRC60, allowance decreases from 0.05mm to about 0.008mm, and engine lifetime increases more than three times, and the mileage of automobile increases from 40-60thsornhs of Kms to more than 120-200 thsornhs of kms.
