After heat treatment, cylinder surface hardness increases from HRC22 to more than HRC60, allowance decreases from 0.05mm to about 0.008mm, and engine lifetime increases more than three times, and the mileage of automobile increases from 40-60thsornhs of Kms to more than 120-200 thsornhs of kms.
