DCJ-40 Series Intelligent Banknote Counters

The DCJ-40 series is designed in accordance with the latest concept of currency handling, and the advaced funcions and excellent qualities ensure it meets the needs of users.

Features:

Superior Accuracy
Accurate and reliable counting is continuously assured because of the advanced roller friction system and the eight range paper density level. Half note, double notes as well as chain feed notes are automatically detected, which is totally independent of the operator's skill or judgement.
High Flexibility
The full numeric keypad expedites the operation of batch programming and speed control. Any batch quantity between 1 and 999 can quickly be entered in the machine memory, and displayed on separate three digit display. In addition, accurate information on the total quantity of banknote counted in all effective counting while the machine is switched on can be provided.
Advanced Size Detection
Banknote with different width can be detected. The minimum detectable difference is 2 mm, and can also be changed by users via keyboard. The DCJ-40DL has the capability of differentiating between notes of differing length in any pack, with the help of the advanced and fully automatic optical system.
UV CF Detection
Through a sophisticated UV ray detection system, the authenticity of the banknote paper is examined. To reduce misjudge, eight ranges of sensitivity are provided
Magnetic CF Detection
Counterfeit banknote are identified by examining each note for the presence of weak magnetic ink.
Standard Interface
Standard Interface RS-232 can apply direct connection with computer and teller's terminals.
Exterior Display (Option)
The separate display device gives visual confirmation of counting results for customers.
