From 1970s, it has established 24 subsidiaries in and out of China including 9 sub-companies in the provincial cities, 5 enterprises in the china cities as Zhuhai, Shengzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and 4 overseas enterprises in the USA, UKRAINE, SYRIA and AUSTRALIA, 6 joint ventures, and hundreds of coordinate factories over China. It has traded with over 100 countries in the world and markets thousands of products.Its annual turnover ranks among China's top 500 biggest companies. Our business scope is becoming much wider under booming Chinese economic condition, which includes mechanical equipment, hardware and minerals, electrical products, marine vessels, light industrial products and textiles. The exports are pacing toward large size of complete equipment, sophisticated mechanics, electric products, Hi-technology products. Meanwhile, we have progressed rapidly in creating new business such as tendering, manufacturing by drawing and sample, technology transfer. The greatest accomplishment has been obtained in marine vessels export and tendering. We have exported more than ten container vessels to Germany, with its total value amounting to 220 million U.S.dollars. Now, export of mechanical equipment and industrial products, marine vessels, domestic and overseas tendering are "three pillars" of our company. Besides, up to now, the company has cooperated with national financial institutes for decades and win their support on the basis of the company's goods credit records. Solely in the export of marine vessel in 1995, the company got a long term and low interest loan of US$ 50 million from China Import & Export Bank.
